Account Deletion Request

Business Cell App

To request deletion of your account and associated data from the Business Cell App, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to: ithelpdesk@prophetjerome.com

Step 2: Include Required Information

  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request - Business Cell App"
  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name (as registered in the app)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Step 3: Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 90 days of receiving your email.

Data That Will Be Deleted:

  • User profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Business directory listings (if you created any)
  • Account credentials and login information
  • Cell member assignments
  • Personal preferences and settings

Data That May Be Retained:

  • Audit logs (for security and compliance purposes)
  • System logs (anonymized, for technical support)
  • Legal compliance records (if required by law)
